Forsyth St. next month according to the Jacksonville Business Journal. Langton, which had been in contract on the property since August, paid $450,000 for the property.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">Langton says he plans to perform interior demolition work on the first floor of the 11,000-square-foot building in order to redevelop the storefront space to accommodate a restaurant.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">“I'm only going to accept a restaurant because that's what the highest and best use is,” Langton says.
