MALVERN, PA-Locally-based grocer Acme says it will shut down its stores in Exton and Westown next month.

The Exton store is located at 111 W. Lincoln Highway and the Westown store is based at 1161 Wilmington Pike, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Approximately 120 workers will be affected by the closures, although some may have the opportunity to move to other store locations. Acme operates approximately 112 stores in four states, including 64 in the region. The Exton and Westown closures are part of 26 stores to be closed by Acme parent Albertsons Inc.
