HACKENSACK, NJ-Napoleon/Lynx, a manufacturer, distributer and marketer of garage doors and related components, has leased 32,022 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 25 Empire Boulevard in South Hackensack.

The industrial property is part of a nine-building warehousing and distribution complex owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, N.J.

Chris Hile, Blake Chroman and Jenna Imperatore of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the transaction on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Tom Palestina of Palestina Scrivo Properties Inc. represented Napolean/Lynx. The Archbold, OH-based firm is relocating to 25 Empire Boulevard from its current manufacturing facility in Paterson.

“We continue to see solid interest in the Meadowlands market from a broad range of manufacturing and distribution tenants,” states Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' vice-president/director of leasing and marketing. “Empire Boulevard's location and ease of access to major roadways made it particularly attractive to this tenant. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Napoleon/Lynx in fulfilling their long-term facility requirements.”

“We have been in our Paterson location since 1987 but simply outgrew the space,” states John T. Schram, vice-president of Napoleon/Lynx. “We wanted to stay in Northern New Jersey and 25 Empire Boulevard was the perfect fit to meet our current needs and accommodate our future growth.”
