NEW YORK CITY-Eastgate Realty has reportedly acquired the remaining 20% stake in its 875 Third Ave. building.
The locally-based company acquired the minority stake in the 720,000-square-foot building from Miller Global and is now the sole owner of the property. According to Crain's New York Business, the transaction valued the building at approximately $475 million.
Eastgate Realty and Miller Global acquired the office building in 2003.
