LOS ANGELES-CBRE Group Inc., headquartered here, has promoted Curt Grantham to Americas president of Global Corporate Services. Based in Charlotte, NC, Grantham will join CBRE's Americas operations management board concurrently with his new position. He will continue to serve on CBRE's GCS executive committee.
As president of GCS Americas, Grantham will oversee client management and account operations, as well as all GCS regional leadership in the Americas. Bill Concannon, CEO of GCS at CBRE, calls Grantham “a highly talented leader who has earned his expanded leadership role within GCS. As more organizations look to partner with a top service provider for their real estate needs, Curt brings the right skills and leadership to expand and maintain our current business and to help create new opportunities.”
Grantham was previously executive managing director for CBRE's GCS East Division, where he led a team delivering real estate services to a one-billion-square-foot, multi-client portfolio. He joined Trammell Crow Co. in 1984, serving in a number of leadership roles. Before TCC's merger with CBRE, he was regional director for global services in the Southeast and was a member of the TCC operating committee.
