CLIFTON, NJ-Pharmaceutical firm Roche has put five office buildings at its 119-acre campus here on the market for sale.

The Switzerland-based firm is also in the process of selling its campus that straddles Clifton and Nutley to be redeveloped. The office building package includes the 15-story, 300,000-square-foot building that is adorned with Roche's signage, according to The Record.

Roche ceased operations at the campus last year. There are about 40 buildings on Roche's property. The properties in the package for sale total 1.59 million square feet and will now likely not be demolished under a future redevelopment program at the complex.

“We've always said that those are five strategic buildings that we thought were important to remain on the site," Roche spokeswoman Darien Wilson says. See story in The Record.
