PHOENIX— Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announces it acquired the assets of Ken Meade Realty in Sun City. Ken Meade Realty's 250 sales associates will continue to operate out of its six existing company locations. The company's property management division, which manages over 500 residential properties, was also part of this acquisition. With this announcement, Ken Meade Realty will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which will further expand the company's presence in the Northwest Valley.

Ken Meade Realty has been a presence in the Northwest Valley for more than 30 years. The company was ranked among the top 100 independent residential real estate brokerage companies in the United States last year, according to REAL Trends 500, with 2,480 transaction sides and $364 million in closed sales volume in 2012.
