NEW YORK CITY-Shared office specialist WeWork is reportedly leasing approximately 115,000 square feet of space at 113-133 West 18th St.
The firm, which has multiple locations in New York City, now leases more than 650,000 square feet of space in Manhattan. According to the Real Deal report, CBRE's Derrick Ades, Timothy Dempsey and Barry Finkelman represented WeWork in the transaction with building owner Wasserstein Enterprises. The 228,000-square-foot building is managed by ABS Partners Real Estate.
Earlier this month, WeWork inked a 63,300-square-foot deal at Himmel + Meringoff Properties' 401 Park Ave. South, which was its first location in Midtown South. See story in The Real Deal.
