SAN FRANCISCO-GlobeSt.com has exclusively learned that company principal Anton Qiu was named executive managing director of TRI Investment Advisors, a new subsidiary of TRI Commercial Real Estate Inc. and the CORFAC International affiliate for San Francisco, the East Bay and Sacramento Region.
Qiu is a former investment banker and has been associated with TRI for over 26 years. He has distinguished himself by achieving the high honor of being the No. 1 company-wide producer for 12 consecutive years—2002 to 2013. He currently serves as a vice-chairman of San Francisco-Shanghai Sister City Committee and is also the vice chairman of California—Shanghai Sustainable Energy Council.
Previously he served on the board of directors of the Pacific Bank, a NASDAQ listed public company, and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area Association of Realtors. He is a past Chairman of the Asian Council of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and a Past President of the China Business Association.
The new business unit will focus on providing full investment advisory, asset and property management and other services to domestic and international clients in all of the submarkets served by TRI Commercial/CORFAC International as well as other markets throughout North America in collaboration with CORFAC affiliated companies.
