WASHINGTON, DC-As we noted last week, DC area brokerages appear to be in a hiring mood. Two more announcements have been made: Scott Hoffman is rejoining Studley and Charlotte Seale is now a member of Marcus & Millichap's National Hospitality Group.
Hoffman is rejoining Studley's Washington D.C. office as executive managing director. Hoffman was at Studley for seven years prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. Hoffman has been directly involved in tenant rep deals in excess of 10 million square feet and over $3.5 billion in aggregate lease value.
Industry veteran Seale has joined Marcus & Millichap's National Hospitality Group in the firm's Bethesda office. She was most recently an associate director of Donohoe Real Estate Services Hotel Advisory Group in Washington, D.C., an affiliate of Hotel Brokers International. Seale will focus on the sale of hospitality investment properties on behalf of institutional and private investors, predominantly throughout the Mid-Atlantic States.
