LAS VEGAS-Harsch Investment Properties, a privately-held real estate and investment company with headquarters in Portland, OR, has promoted four key executives in its Las Vegas region, which oversees 8 million square feet of the company's 20-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio.

John Ramous has been promoted to senior vice president and regional manager with responsibility for the continued growth and operations of the entire Harsch office and industrial portfolio in Las Vegas, which is home to more than 1,200 tenants. Ramous joined Harsch in 2003 and has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the U.S.

Ramous is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. He is on the boards of NAIOP Southern Nevada and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. He also is immediate past president and a trustee of the Henderson Development Association.

Harsch also named Reed Gottesman vice president and regional director of leasing with responsibility for revenue of 5.3 million square feet in the Las Vegas portfolio. Prior to joining Harsch in 2008 as assistant vice president of operations, Gottesman was an industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis in Los Angeles. He began his career as a NASDAQ Market Maker on Wall Street with Deutsche Bank Capital Markets.

Gottesman is a graduate of the University of Maryland. In 2010 he completed the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute where he received the Emerging Star of Development Award. He currently serves as the organization's curriculum committee chairperson.

Kathy Rose has been promoted to vice president and director of property management. In this position, she is responsible for operations of the Las Vegas portfolio including tenant relations and oversight of Harsch's five southern Nevada-area offices and 19 property managers. Since 2008, Rose has been portfolio manager for 2 million square feet of space owned by Harsch in south and central Las Vegas.

Keitha Anderson is now assistant vice president of leasing with responsibility for leasing and revenue for Harsch properties in south and central Las Vegas. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is active in trade organizations including NAIOP, CCIM and SIOR.
