WEST PALM BEACH, FL-CW Capital has retained Avison Young as its exclusive property management agent for its nine-building Skees Road Industrial Park here.
The industrial portfolio totals 77,000 square feet on 9.4 acres at 1426-1488 Skees Road. Principal Michael Vullis with Avison Young will lead the assignment.
Skees Road Industrial Park is located in the southwestern section of the City of West Palm Beach. Tenants at the park include Airtex Corp., the Palm Beach County Sheriff, Clintar Groundskeeping and The South Florida Water Management District.
