CHAPEL HILL, NC-Bryan Properties, the developer of the Southern Village community here, has finalized a deal to brand its new hotel as a Hyatt Place property.

The 110-room hotel was approved unanimously by the Chapel Hill Town Council last October. Construction is expected to begin this summer and should take 12 to 15 months to complete, according to the Triangle Business Journal. Beacon ING is the development partner on the project with Bryan Properties,

There are three other Hyatt Place properties in the Triangle on Corporate Center Drive in west Raleigh, on Airgate Drive near the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and on Navaho Drive in north Raleigh. See story in the Triangle Business Journal.
