PHILADELPHIA-Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has promoted three at its Philadelphia office to senior directors.
John Banas, Kristopher Wood and James Conley won the new titles, said John Wilcox, M&M's eastern region vice-president. Each moved up from director. Banas and Wood joined M&MCC in 2011, while Conley began working for the firm in 2007.
“Kris, John and James each bring a wealth of experience and talent that allows them to close creative financing solutions for their clients” said Wilcox.
Banas has prior experience as a senior director for a regional commercial real estate investment firm. He has structured and closed more than $800 million financial transactions throughout his career.
Wood previously served as managing director of a regional firm. He has more than 11 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $2 billion in transactions, specializing in the origination and placement of debt, mezzanine debt, and JV equity.
Conley was previously a vice-president at BMC Capital. He has more than 10 years' experience, specializing in structured finance for retail, multifamily, office, industrial and self-storage properties.
