NEW YORK CITY—Multimedia company Martha Stewart Living has decided to give up approximately 45,000 square feet of office space at the Starrett Lehigh Building on West 26th St.

The company, founded by arts and crafts expert Martha Stewart, will still occupy approximately 130,000 square feet of space on the ninth floor and 45,000 square feet elsewhere at the 2.3-million-square-foot property.

The advertising firm mcgarrybowen has taken over the former Martha Stewart Living space on the 10th floor, according to Crain's New York Business.

CBRE Group brokers David Hollander and Sacha Zarba represented mcgarrybowen in the Martha Stewart Living space transaction. Martha Stewart Living let go approximately 100 workers last December. See story in Crain's New York Business.
