INDIANAPOLIS—Atlanta-based Wells Management Company has just sold INTECH 12, a 140,368-square-foot office building southwest of this city's downtown, to a joint venture between Encore Office LLC of Dallas and Middleton Partners LLC of Northbrook, IL. Full details of the deal were not available at press time.
“The quality construction and layout of the building will appeal to tenants looking for a larger space and open floor plan,” says Mitch Greenberg, a partner with Middleton Partners. “Plus the location provides easy access to the highway systems.”
Wells was represented by Michael Semler, the senior managing director in Cassidy Turley's Indianapolis office. Cincinnati-based CapHarbor Property Management is the asset manager for Wells.
Located in the southwest quadrant near West 71st St. and I-465, tenants would have has easy access to all of the areas major highways including I-65, I-70 and I-74. The building also has about 15,000-square-feet of warehouse space. From 2003 to August 2013, Eli Lilly and Company's information technology department occupied the building. Built in 2000, the entire building is currently available for lease.
