DORAL, FL—A retail property at 10600 N.W. 19th St. has been sold for $10.35 million.
An affiliate of Oak Brook-IL-based Retail Properties of America has acquired the property that includes 97,500 square feet of retail space, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The center, located north of the Miami International Mall, is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond.
