NEW YORK CITY—Revlon has signed a lease deal for slightly more than 91,000 square feet of office space at Brookfield Properties' One New York Plaza office building.
The cosmetics giant will occupy space on the top two floors of the 50-story office building and will relocate from its current space at 237 Park Ave. Revlon's lease there expires this fall, according to the New York Post.
Josh Kuriloff and Jodi Roberts of Cushman & Wakefield represented Revlon in what is reportedly a 15-year deal. Duncan McCuaig and Jerry Larkin of Brookfield Office Properties represented the building in-house along with CBRE's Adam Foster, Ken Rapp and Peter Turchin. See story in the New York Post.
