YORK, PA—Endurance Real Estate Group of Bala Cynwyd, PA has acquired a 624,800-square-foot distribution building at 325 South Salem Church Road here for approximately $26 million.

Brokerage firm Binswanger, who represented the building owner ASI York, LLC, an affiliate company of Schottenstein Property Group, Inc. of Columbus, OH, reported details of the transaction. SPG owns interest in a diverse portfolio of more than 156 properties in 27 states in excess of 21 million square feet of gross leasable area.

Michael Treacy, senior vice president in Binswanger's Philadelphia office, represented the seller in the deal.

The modern, single-story distribution center on 49 acres was constructed in 2007 and includes eight-inch reinforced super flat concrete floors; tilt-up reinforced concrete wall panels; an EPDM rubber Firestone roof; clear ceiling heights to 42 feet; a wet pipe sprinkler system;  approximately 12,000 square feet of air-conditioned office space; parking for approximately 50 cars and 280 truck trailers and other amenities.

The property is located in the West Manchester Township Corporate Center, just off Route 30 and is nearby I-83.
