BETHESDA, MD—The BWW Law Group will relocate later this year to 38,000 square feet of office space at 6003 Executive Blvd. in North Bethesda.
The law firm, which is currently based at 4520 East-West Highway in Bethesda, intends to relocate to the 110,000-square-foot property owned by Washington Science Center Joint Venture, in August of this year, reports real estate advisory firm Cresa Washington DC, which represented the BWW Law Group in the transaction.
Cresa Washington DC Principal Matthew Ward notes that the law firm had looked at sites throughout Montgomery County, even as far north as Rockville, before deciding on the 6003 Executive Blvd. building. The new offices there afford the BWW Law Group additional space to grow, while allowing the law firm to pay less than if it remained in downtown Bethesda.
