AUSTIN, TX—KBS Realty Advisors has facilitated the signing of 142,763 square-feet in leases at its SouthTech Business Center, a 260,112-square-foot light industrial and office/flex property in the Southeast submarket of Austin. The property currently is 97% occupied.
Among the leases signed at SouthTech Center are a 58,659-square-foot renewal with New Era Publishing; 35,070 square-feet in lease renewals and expansions with JSI Shipping; a 15,723-square-foot renewal with Biocell, LP; a 12,316 square-foot expansion and extension with furniture store Collectic Home; a 7,450-square-foot renewal with Earthcore Industries; a 7,350-square-foot renewal with elevator company Kone; and a 6,195-square-foot renewal with CompuData Products.
The center consists of four class-A flex buildings located at 2101 East St. Elmo Rd.
“SouthTech Business Center offers great location and accessibility to executive housing in Barton Creek, Westlake Hills and Tarrytown, as well as to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, I-35 and U.S. Highway 71,” said KBS senior VP/ssset manager Gio Cordoves.
