MIAMI—Marcus & Millichap reports that it is marketing for sale a Walgreens drugstore on SW 200th St. here for approximately $10.36 million.
The brokerage firm is exclusively marketing the 14,820-square-foot drugstore located at 12711 SW 200th St. in Miami.
The listing price of $10.36 million calculates out to approximately $700 a square foot. Scott Sandelin, senior associate, and Marcos Puente, associate, both of Marcus & Millichap's Miami office, are representing the seller.
Sandelin reports that Walgreens signed a 25-year triple-net lease on the property in 2009. The building, located directly in front of a Publix-anchored shopping center, was constructed in 2009 on 1.6 acres and features parking and a drive-thru pharmacy.
