INDIANAPOLIS—HFF has just been named to market for sale Waterfront Office Park, a four-building, 201,147-square-foot office park in Indianapolis.
HFF is marketing the property on behalf of the seller, New Boston Fund, a private equity real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in Boston.
Waterfront is located on the west side of Indianapolis, just 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis at the new $65 million interchange of I-74, Crawfordsville Rd., and the cities major beltway I-465.
Ken Martin, a director at HFF, leads the investment sales team that represents New Boston Fund. Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund of Cushman & Wakefield | Summit will also provide leasing and market expertise.
“Waterfront offers an investor the opportunity to take advantage of its favorable location with the most direct access to the interstate of any office property in Indianapolis, high profile visibility, signage opportunities, and ability for flexible and efficient floor planning in an effort to attract and lease vacancy to large tenants,” says Martin.
