DEVENS, MA—Inland Real Estate Trust Inc. has appointed commercial real estate services firm Avison Young as its sales agent for its 183,900-square-foot distribution facility at 235 Barnum Road here.

A team of brokers, based in Boston and Chicago, will act on behalf of Chicago-based Inland in the sale of the property. The 235 Barnum Road property is a high-end warehouse and distribution facility that is currently 100% leased to Quiet Logistics on a triple-net basis through April 2019.

Avison Young Principals Erik Foster, Mike Wilson, Scott Jamieson and Michael Smith will lead the multi-market brokerage team. Foster and Wilson are based in Avison Young's Chicago office, while Jamieson and Smith operate out of the firm's Boston location.

The building is situated within the 4,400-acre master-planned redevelopment of the former Fort Devens military base, which was decommissioned in 1996. Originally constructed in 2000, the building features approximately 5,517 square feet of office space and 178,373 square feet of warehouse space and includes 32-foot-clear heights and 60 loading docks.
