SEATTLE—Manchester Capital Management paid nearly $17.6 million last week for the F.X. McRory Building.
Located at 419 Occidental Ave. S., the seven story brick building is in the Pioneer Square area, and drew a lot of attention from perspective buyers, many of them from the San Francisco area. This according to a report in the Puget Sound Business Journal. Manchester is based in Vermont.
F.X. McRory's, a well-known bar and restaurant since 1977, is at the base of the building, and the upper floors are mostly occupied as offices for tech companies. The Journal says Intracorp bought the building in 2007 for nearly $17.1 million.
The 85,725-square-foot building is 98% leased, according to the Journal's sources
