ATLANTA—Cassidy Turley reports that industry veteran Lisa Dunavin will join the firm as managing principal of its Atlanta operations.
The more than 25-year real estate professional joins Cassidy Turley from Cushman & Wakefield where she played a national leadership role with the firm's U.S. Project Leasing group and led the firm's Atlanta Project Leasing team. At Cassidy Turley, Dunavin will lead Cassidy Turley's Atlanta office, which has been expanding its capital markets, industrial services and property management capabilities.
“Lisa fully grasps our commitment to the Atlanta market,” says Cassidy Turley CEO Joe Stettinius. “In addition to being a highly respected industry and community leader, she is the right person to bring our plans to fruition and guide our Atlanta operations. Her leadership will propel our efforts to provide both occupier and investor clients with the full spectrum of commercial real estate services.”
Dunavin's past experience also includes stints with Trammell Crow Company, Hines and Equity Office Properties. Additionally, she has served as president of NAIOP's Georgia Chapter and won the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Alvin B. Cates Award, the organization's annual recognition for Atlanta's top real estate transaction. Recently, she was also recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 10 producers in the landlord category at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' 2014 Million Dollar Club awards banquet.
“The Atlanta market has returned to growth-mode, and 2014 and 2015 are poised to be banner years. We will capitalize on both the market's and Cassidy Turley's momentum to further our market leadership position,” Dunavin says.
