BLOOMFIELD, NJ—Bechtel, a San Francisco-based engineering, project management and construction company, has leased 23,000 square feet of space at Broadacres Office Park here.

The firm will lease space on the first and second floors of 300 Broadacres Drive at the four-building 380,000-square-foot office complex owned by Prism Capital Partners. Prism also reports that Financial Computer has leased 4,200 square feet on the second floor of 400 Broadacres Drive. The information technology advisor, specializing in financial services offices, will relocate its headquarters operations from Fairfield, NJ in an expansion move.

In the Bechtel lease transaction, Christopher Olsen of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank served as tenant broker in the transaction. Prism currently is building out Bechtel's new space. The company will take occupancy this spring, relocating its regional office to the property from Montvale, NJ in an expansion move. In the Financial Computer lease transaction, Curtis Foster of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the long-term transaction.

Edwin H. Cohen, a Prism principal, served as in-house representative for the firm in both transactions. Prism, which owns and manages the Broadacres campus, is headquartered at 200 Broadacres Drive at the office park.
