Quality Assets Are Razor Thin, Buyers Plentiful

GlobeSt.com: What Do you Expect to Hear at ULI?

Mike McKee, CEO of Bentall Kennedy US: One of the interesting things about real estate markets is they never stay the same. There are always things to focus on and keen interest in trying to anticipate what the next few years will look like. Today, pipelines for institutional quality assets are razor thin and buyers are plentiful. We see fully priced and limited supply of the better assets over the next few years.
