BOSTON—The Fallon Co. has secured $204 million in construction financing for its 100 Northern Ave. office building on Fan Pier in the city's Seaport District.
The financing for the construction of the 17-story, 516,000-square-foot office building with RBS Citizens was arranged by HFF, which worked on behalf of The Fallon Co. and an institutional client advised by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC.
Due for completion in the spring of 2016, 100 Northern Ave. will also feature 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Approximately 380,000 square feet of the building's commercial space will be occupied by the law firm Goodwin Procter LLP.
The HFF debt placement team that represented The Fallon Co. was led by Executive Managing Director John Fowler and Managing Director Anthony Cutone. Senior Vice President Kevin Boyle and Senior Vice President Sean Randall represented RBS Citizens in the financing transaction.
