ATLANTA—Transwestern's Associate Vice President Jeremy Adams has won the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” award for 2014, the brokerage firm reports.
Since joining Transwestern in 2010, Adams has completed more than 100 deals, with a total value of $67 million. Previously, he served as research associate at CoStar Group where he received the company's national Rising CoStar Award.
The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award was established in 1999 to recognize an outstanding Young Council member who produced the highest volume in the Million Dollar Club amongst the Young Council of Realtors Million Dollar members. To qualify, the recipient must hold an active real estate license, have been in the brokerage business for less than three years and cannot be a previous recipient of the award. He or she must also hold active membership in the Board and with the Young Council.
“Jeremy exemplifies the best of Transwestern, consistently achieving unexpected outcomes that add tremendous value to our clients,” says Bruce Ford, Transwestern's Southeast president. “His dedication and focus proves that this young, talented individual has accomplished a great deal early in his career and will yield outstanding results for years to come.”
The award was presented March 26 during the Atlanta Commercial Board's 2014 Million Dollar Club Banquet held at The InterContinental Hotel.
