CHARLOTTE, NC—Greg Dobur, who worked for 17 years with Anchor Properties, has joined the local office of The Shopping Center Group as a retail broker.

Dobur comes to the Atlanta-based The Shopping Center Group after serving as vice president of development, Carolinas for Anchor Properties. He will work with the firm's expanding retail advisory team in Charlotte.

The company says Dobur will focus on retail tenant representation, land sales and shopping center acquisitions/dispositions throughout the Carolinas. In his career, he has been involved with more than 200 retail real estate transactions including development, leasing and acquisitions throughout the Southeast. His depth of experience, market knowledge and retail real estate relationships are valuable assets to The Shopping Center Group team.

Dobur is licensed to practice real estate in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Ohio. The Shopping Center Group has approximately 135 licensed professionals in 15 states. In 2013, The Shopping Center Group's transaction volume topped $1.4 billion, a 40% increase over 2012 transactions.
