CHICAGO—Legum & Norman, Mid-West, an Associa company, has been awarded the management contract of the 60-story Millennium Center in Chicago's River North neighborhood. In addition to getting new association management, the condo building will get rebranded with the new name 33 West Ontario Condominium Association.
Legum & Norman began managing the luxury high-rise in December of 2013. It consists of 365 condominium units including four penthouses, six townhomes, a community area, outdoor pool, garage, and retail establishments. Building amenities include a 24-hour door staff, party and conference rooms available for resident use, a sun deck and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.
“We are so proud to have the opportunity to be part of an already, well-established, close-knit community whose members want to see enhancements and high-end upgrades to this already fabulous facility,” says vice president Stephanie Skelley. “The City of Chicago has so much to offer and we are confident that 33 West Ontario will be the sought after place to live because of the wonderful neighborhood location and first-class property management.”
Legum & Norman, Mid-West provides community association management and building staff training services to the greater Chicago area. Dallas-based Associa has 8,000 employees in more than 150 branch offices in the US, Mexico and Canada.
