MORRISVILLE, NC—Liberty Property Trust reports that recent lease deals totaling 94,400 square feet have brought its Keystone Business Park here to 100% occupancy.

The lease renewal and expansion transactions were with Atlas Box and Crating Company for two buildings at the park. Atlas renewed its long-term lease for 62,400 square feet at 619 Distribution Drive and also signed a new lease for 32,000 square feet of additional space at 627 Distribution Drive within the park.

Whether a tenant is new, renewing or expanding, we remain committed to providing outstanding customer service to all of our tenants in the park.”

Liberty owns more than 6.1 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial space in the Carolinas. In North Carolina, the company owns 2 million square feet in the Piedmont Triad, 664,000 square feet in Raleigh and 2.6 million square feet in Charlotte. In addition, it owns 837,000 square feet of space in the Greenville, SC area with an additional 156,000 square feet under development.
