BALTIMORE—The original design of the Four Seasons Baltimore called for a 44-story hotel and condominium building. However, financing issues forced developer H&S Property Development Corp. to build just the 21-story hotel.

Next week, the city's Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel is scheduled to consider a revised final design for the Four Seasons Condos at its April 24th session, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. The Four Seasons Baltimore opened in 2011.

Although the design of the addition has not been released, if the owner does indeed to move forward with the original design, the completed Four Seasons Baltimore and Residences would be the tallest building in the city of Baltimore.

Beatty, Harvey, Coco Architects LLP is listed as the architect for the project at the Four Seasons Baltimore. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
