CHARLOTTE, NC—Appliance and consumer electronics retailer H.H. Gregg has signed a 10-year lease for a 22,934-square-foot store at the Sterling Organization's Windsor Square Shopping Center here.
The new store is scheduled to open in September and is situated next to Petsmart at the 661,156-square-foot retail property located on the east side of Highway 74, according to Palm Beach, FL-based Sterling Organization.
The tenant roster at Windsor Square Shopping Center includes: Sam's Club, Kohls, JC Penney, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, DSW Shoes, Lifetime Fitness, Dress Barn, Shoe Carnival, Justice, Rue 21, VisionWorks and Outback Steakhouse.
The shopping center is one of the largest retail properties in Charlotte and consists of seven buildings. Jeff McElhinny from Atlantic Retail Properties brokered the transaction for H.H. Gregg.
