LANDOVER, MD—Yesterday we reported the sale of a 149,680-square foot industrial warehouse located at 6100 Columbia Park Rd. The buyer of the property was Philadelphia-based Exeter Property Group, Avison Young's Matthew Clinebell tells GlobeSt.com. Exeter had also purchased a nearby property we noted in the same article, at 6300 Columbia Park Rd., for $9.7 million. The purchase price of its latest acquisition was not revealed.
6300 Columbia Park Rd. is fully occupied by two credit tenants through 2018. Some of its selling points include outside storage and its location within a State of Maryland Enterprise Zone Focus Area. Interest was strong Clinebell says, with a 30-day marketing process drawing close to a dozen bids. Pricing was not revealed.
