ATLANTA—National multifamily investment sales firm Hendricks-Berkadia reports it has opened two new regional offices located in Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC.

Leading the firms regional expansion in Atlanta are Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter, who are joining the firm as senior vice presidents, company officials say. Joining them in Atlanta are team members John McCalla and Matt White. The Atlanta regional office will offer a fully integrated investment banking platform, including investment sales and regional mortgage banking expertise and support.

“We are thrilled to continue our regional expansion by opening two more offices, spearheaded by our experienced and knowledgeable Atlanta and Charleston investment sales advisors,” says Hendricks-Berkadia CEO Don Hendricks. “These talented advisors will be able to provide even more value to their clients by leveraging our firm's marketing and research expertise in tandem with our integrated capital market solutions via Berkadia.”

The new Charleston office is being led by Vice President Mark Boyce. The collective team in Atlanta and Charleston brings more than $850 million in recent investment sales and career sales exceeding 26,000 units in the region to the company.

The Atlanta and Charleston offices follow Hendricks-Berkadia's Virginia location that opened last month. Two additional office openings will be announced shortly, company officials say.
