PHILADELPHIA—Liberty Property Trust and partner Synterra Partners are set to turn the first dirt on their latest project at the Navy Yard Commerce Center here on Friday.

The new 75,000-square-foot building at 4000 S. 26th St. is fully leased to three tenants, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. Both EcoSave and Clinigen will house their U.S. headquarters at the property.

In addition, WuXi AppTec Inc. will occupy 45,000 square feet of expansion space at the building, bringing its total space at the Navy Yard to 130,000 square feet. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
