ROSSLYN, VA—Madison Homes and Resmark Land and Housing, a division of The Resmark Cos., have plans to build a townhome community here. The project will feature 25 four-story, single-family townhomes with an architectural design similar to late 19th Century brownstones. They will range from 2,300 square feet to 2,599 square feet.
This is the second project the two are partnering on, the first being 1745 N St., in Dupont Circle in the District.
The project, called Rosslyn Commons, will be located on N. Oak street on the northeast corner and 16th Road North
McWilliams Ballard will handle marketing and sales, with presales slated to begin in September 2014. Lessard Design is the architect.
