SAN DIEGO—David Stankaitis, of Triple Eight Commercial Mortgage and David Rousseau, of San Diego Lending, Inc., have joined forces to create Trillium Capital Partners, a commercial real estate lending company located in Encinitas. Trillium Capital Partners is a full-service lender that offers expertise in every area of commercial mortgage lending, from purchase and refinance to construction and bridge lending.
“We are extremely excited to launch Trillium Capital Partners,” says Stankaitis. “Commercial lending is opening back up with more players returning to the mix. Property values are rising, vacancies are falling, we're seeing more 1031 exchanges and interest rates are still historically extremely low…all great signs for commercial investors in 2014.”
The company's focus will be on all property types, with an emphasis on single-tenant NNN deals nationwide and those more challenging transactions that require a little more effort or creativity.
