NEW YORK CITY—Jeffrey D. Bogino, formerly of Rockefeller Group Investment Management, has been appointed senior vice president and managing director of Delshah Capital, LLC.
Bogino is now responsible for equity and debt investments for the real estate acquisition, development and management company, which is headquartered at 114 E. 13th St. in Manhattan. He is also charged with the further development of the firm's real estate private equity platform.
“We are excited to welcome Jeff to our executive team,” says Michael Shah, principal of Delshah Capital. “As the firm continues to expand through commercial real estate debt and equity investments in the New York metropolitan area, his expertise in capital markets and investment management will be invaluable to our growth.”
Previously, Bogino was a vice president and director at Rockefeller Group Investment Management, a subsidiary of The Rockefeller Group. From the firm's inception in 2008 through 2014, Bogino helped RGIM grow third party assets under management to more than $6.9 billion through creating institutional investor partnerships in build-to-suit development projects, raising and investing the firm's first commingled fund, establishing a partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and making a strategic investment in Europa Capital LLP, a value add real estate fund manager focused on European markets, the company states.
Earlier, Bogino worked within the commercial real estate structured finance and advisory business at The CIT Group and the commercial real estate finance group at M&T Bank for more than five years.
