COLUMBIA, MD—The 184-unit Reflections Apartments garden-style apartment community here has changed hands.
Bell Partners Inc. of Greensboro, NC has added the development at 12020 Little Patuxent Parkway to its portfolio of properties, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. No purchase price for the complex was disclosed.
The acquisition is the second for Bell in the greater Baltimore area. In 2008 Bell acquired Gatewater Landing in Glen Burnie, MD. The Reflections apartment community, which is being renamed Bell Columbia, is 96% occupied.
Bell owns 220 apartment properties in 15 states containing 64,000 units. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
