LEVITTOWN, PA—Levittown Partners, LLC, the new owner of the former Giant supermarket in Bucks County, is redeveloping the 40,045-square-foot building into a new shopping center.
The initiative, announced by Soloff Realty & Development Inc., is now underway at the property at 4595 New Falls Road here. Richard Soloff and David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development represented Levittown Partners and the seller in transaction. No purchase price was disclosed.
The brokerage firm also announced two lease signings at the property. Retro Fitness signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 13,000 square foot space in the redeveloped building. The Retro Fitness facility is projected to open in this summer.
Also, Dollar Tree signed a 10-year lease and will occupy a 12,000 square foot space next to Retro Fitness. Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. represented the building owner in the lease deals, while Metro Commercial Real Estate represented Dollar Tree in its lease at the shopping center that is situated on a 4.6-acre parcel.
A 12,000 square foot end-cap space and a future pad site of 5,500 square feet are available for lease.
