ISELIN, NJ—Locally-based Sitar Realty reports it has recently brokered eight commercial lease transactions totaling more than 31,000 square feet in New Jersey and Connecticut.
The largest deal was the five-year lease of 7,743 square feet of industrial space at 299 Industrial Park Road, Middletown, CT by Roof Diagnostics Solar and Electric from building owner Twenty Lexington, LLC. Sitar's Ron Schrader Jr. represented the tenant in the transaction.
Sitar also brokered a six-year lease of 6,790 square feet of office space at 331 Newman Springs Road in Red Bank, NJ by Oldcastle APG Northeast, Inc. from Mack-Cali Realty Corp. The brokerage firm's Brian Schrader represented the tenant in the deal.
Other transactions of note included the three-year lease of 4,500 square feet of office space at 2363 Lakewood Road in Toms River, NJ by Synergy Health Center from building owner Centurian Family Trust. Doug Sitar, Bill Sitar Jr. and Robert Bogash represented the building owner in that deal. The firm also reports the 10-year lease of 4,550 square feet of retail space at Plainsboro Plaza, in Plainsboro, NJ by Indus American Bank from AO Plainsboro, LLC. Sitar's Robert Giordano represented the tenant in that transaction.
Sitar also reports it brokered a 10-year lease of 2,300 square feet of retail space at 920-950 Hamilton St. in Franklin Township, NJ by Style N Hair LLC from Franklin Court Management, LLC; a 10-year lease of 2,000 square feet of retail space at Kohl's Plaza in Holmdel, NJ by Jersey Mike's from Holmdel GT PO and Holmdel Plaza LLC; and five year leases for 1,430 sq. ft. of office space at 9 Polito Ave. in Lyndhurst, NJ by Adecco USA Inc. from Piedmont Operation Partnership and 1,710 square feet of retail space at 1379 St. Georges Ave. in Colonia, NJ by BCB Community Bank from 1379 St. Georges Avenue, LLC.
