MIAMI—CellMark Pulp & Paper has signed a long-term lease for 9,000 square feet of office space at the One Biscayne Tower building here.

The deal was announced by Cushman & Wakefield. Tony Jones, senior director of the office tenant advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield's Miami office represented CellMark Pulp & Paper, which is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, in the transaction. According to the company's website, CellMark maintains a Miami office at 9150 South Dadeland Blvd.

Taylor & Mathis is the leasing agent for the 39-story tower built in 1974. The property has more than 1 million square feet of gross building area and 691,783 square feet of rentable area.
