NORWOOD, NJ—Mahwah, NJ-based GlobalSoft Digital Solutions has signed a long-term lease for 16,000 square feet of industrial space at 385 Chestnut St. here.
The company will take space at the six-building industrial complex owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The transaction was negotiated by the brokerage team at NAI James E. Hanson on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Nina Bianco of NIA National Realty Inc. represented the tenant.
GlobalSoft Digital Solutions, founded in 1998, provides digital print, marketing and distribution solutions to clients through the use of advanced digital technology.
“We looked at more than 50 industrial properties, and the Norwood portfolio was heads and shoulders above the rest. It's a great location relative to the accounts we serve in Northern New Jersey,” says Christopher M. Petro, GlobalSoft Digital Solutions' president and CEO. “Appearance is very important to us. From the exterior grounds and parking lots to how the buildings are kept, inside and out, is impressive. We frequently bring high-level executive clients to our facilities so it was essential for us to choose a property that is clean and well-maintained.”
“The Norwood portfolio offers logistical advantages to companies seeking to consolidate or expand their manufacturing and distribution operations,” says Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' vice president/director of leasing and marketing. Space availabilities at the Norwood portfolio range from 20,400 to 111,424 square feet.
