MIAMI—International law firm Bryan Cave LLP has signed a lease deal totaling 10,015 square feet at the Southeast Financial Center tower building here.
The new office at the 55-story tower building is the 27th office for the St. Louis-based law firm. With the addition of Bryan Cave, there are now 26 law firms housed at the 1.225-million-square-foot office tower and plaza in Miami's Central Business District.
“The expansion of Bryan Cave into Miami represents one of several significant new to market tenants, which is indicative of an improving business economy,” says Donald Cartwright, senior vice president with JLL, Inc. “The office location of choice for DLA Piper, Butler & Hosch and now Bryan Cave—all law firms that have entered and committed to the Miami market in recent years—Southeast Financial Center has maintained its position in downtown Miami for providing quality space and service to some of the most renowned law firms in the U.S.”
Cartwright and JLL Vice President Nicole Vassilaros are the exclusive leasing agents for Southeast Financial Center. Andrew Easton, associate with JLL's South Florida division, represented Bryan Cave on this transaction.
Southeast Financial Center is comprised of two buildings—a 55-story Class A office tower and a 15 story Annex Building that houses the Downtown Athletic Club and 1,200 parking spaces.
