Nicole R. Keelty is joining Cassidy Turley's Baltimore-based Capital Markets team as senior vice president and principal. Keelty is a 17-year veteran of the Cassidy Turley Downtown Baltimore Office Leasing team.

At Washington Property Co. hired Timothy M. Harhan is joining as controller and Hugh Cole as finance associate. Prior to joining WPC, Harhan served as vice president and controller for MGP Real Estate, LLC. Cole worked in asset and portfolio management for a private equity firm.

H&R Retail promoted Bradley A. Buslik, who joined H&R Retail in 2006, to partner. Buslik has represented Staples, Urban Atlantic, Time Equities, Caves Valley Partners, Toll Brothers, Carluccio's, and MyEyeDr while at H&R Retail.

MacKenzie Capital has tapped Andrew Manley as a senior vice president. A 20-year industry veteran, he will provide capital markets advisory and consulting services, including debt and equity financing and development of investment products.
