BALTIMORE—Five apartment buildings in historic Bolton Hill owned by Jeffrey Epstein will be available at separate auctions to be held on June 6.

Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. is selling the five properties. Matthew Cooper, the auction agent for the properties, expects investor interest to be high for the apartment buildings.

The properties to be sold at auction are: 1625-1631 Park Ave., a 19-unit building; 1309 Park Ave., an eight unit building; 1706 Bolton St., a six-unit building; 1709 Bolton St., a three-unit apartment building; and 1711 Bolton St., three-unit building.

Cooper says he cannot recall an auction of apartment properties such as these in some time. “I think the number and the proximity of buildings for someone looking to get a foothold in Bolton Hill is rare,” Cooper says. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
