SALISBURY, MD—Joe Schneider has joined CBRE as senior associate. He will service Maryland's Eastern Shore and Southern Delaware, a growing submarket in the Mid-Atlantic.
Schneider previously was principal of Schneider Commercial, a firm that had partnered with CBRE to market properties in Maryland's Eastern Shore. His hire means CBRE will be well positioned to respond to the fast-growing demands for real estate services on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Southern Delaware, said Peter B. Carroccio, CBRE's managing director of Suburban Maryland in a prepared statement. He called the area "an emerging market that is well positioned to become a major market in the Mid-Atlantic."
Schneider has experience in landlord/tenant representation, investment sales, property, construction and project management, consulting, financing, and appraisal services.
Prior to founding Schneider Commercial, Schneider was a partner in the real estate brokerage of Schneider, Richardson & Davis.
